ISS's key focus is in developing Green Plumbing and Electrical Installation capacity, especially amongst emerging (PDI) contractors.   ISS provides technical, business and financial procurement support to emerging contractors and integration with existing, proven management systems successfully employed on various other contractor development and infrastructure delivery programmes for public bodies.
